Recipe

Take a container add 100gm of flax seeds. Sprinkle a small amount of salted water on flax seeds in such a way that all flax seeds are wet. Take another container add little salt, turmeric, water and mix it properly. Take 100 gm of Sesame seeds and 100gm of fennel seeds in a different container and sprinkle the above mixture on both sesame and fennel seeds. After half hour roast flax seeds, sesame seeds and fennels seeds one after another and finally mix all the three seeds together. Finally, a healthy mouth freshener containing our super food  is ready to eat. Store it in an airtight container.
